We are currently assisting an established Swedish company in fiber infrastructure to recruit experienced fiber technicians for projects in Germany.

This is an opportunity for you who want to work internationally in a professional and structured setup with long-term projects.

The position involves traveling work in Germany with the possibility of a 3/1 rotation (3 weeks of work, 1 week off) as agreed.

You will work in project teams with the expansion and maintenance of fiber infrastructure. The projects include:

• FTTx installations
• Network construction in properties and industry
• Core and distribution networks
• Service and troubleshooting

The work takes place both outdoors and indoors in collaboration with German project managers and clients.

• Installation and laying of fiber cables
• Fiber splicing and installation of splice boxes
• OTDR and attenuation measurement
• Troubleshooting and repair
• Installation of customer connections
• Documentation according to project requirements
• Communication at a professional level in German

• Professional understanding of German (requirement)
• Documented experience in fiber splicing and measurement
• Experience in larger fiber projects
• Driver's license class B
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good safety awareness

• Possibility of a 3/1 rotation
