Are you an engaged property technician or property caretaker today? Do you enjoy having varied tasks, thrive on taking responsibility, and want to make a difference in people's everyday lives? We are now looking for a nice, action-oriented, and handy caretaker for our residents in the Centrum district.

As a caretaker, you are responsible for the operation and maintenance of tenants' apartments, and they turn to you with questions regarding service, safety, and comfort. You are a practical, service-oriented doer who is attracted to working independently and with the tenant in focus, in one of the teams at the city's largest housing company.

You start each morning at the office before heading out to the properties where you ensure that everything is clean, tidy, and functioning well in and around our properties, as well as addressing service requests from tenants. One of your most important tasks is to facilitate tenants' everyday lives by being part of the solution.

Regular inspections of the properties are another important part of the job, and you address issues that are discovered while promoting safety and a zero-tolerance policy against insecurity in our areas. Other tasks include apartment inspections, purchasing materials, and reviewing invoices. You are responsible for several properties with apartments, and commercial premises may also be involved.

The role is broad, with varied tasks and great freedom under responsibility. What permeates the job is a long-term sustainable property management approach, where teamwork and tenant satisfaction are the focus. The goal is for our apartments to be managed in a cost-effective and sustainable manner, in close dialogue with the tenant.

Nice, handy, action-oriented, and attentive with a social interest

The caretaker is our face to the outside world, so it is important that you enjoy working with people. You have a social commitment, are clear and pleasant in your communication, and understand the importance of feedback to both tenants and suppliers. In addition to high school qualifications, we want you to have documented education and/or work experience in property technology, property maintenance, a craft profession, or a related field. We expect you to have a B driver's license.
