YOUR ROLE

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a property technician in and around Borås. In this role, you will be the face of MBA Property Services and have an important function in contact with property managers, tenants, and contractors. Therefore, we value a professional and service-oriented approach combined with a positive attitude.

The position offers a varied and developing everyday life, where corrective maintenance for our tenants constitutes a large part of the work. You will have your own responsibility for your property portfolio and participate in follow-up meetings with our customers, giving you good insight into both operations and customer relations.

Your tasks include:

Corrective actions in premises and apartments
Operation and ongoing maintenance of properties
Indoor and outdoor maintenance, including some lawn mowing and snow removal
Rounds and readings
Execution of planned maintenance

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone with relevant education and/or experience in similar work. You have an interest in technology, good social skills, and a strong sense of service. The work is largely independent, but you also collaborate closely with colleagues – therefore, teamwork and flexibility are important qualities.

The work can be physically demanding at times, so it is important that you enjoy practical work and can handle heavier tasks when needed. You need to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. A driving license (B) is a requirement.
