Description
Welcome to our workshop in Kungälv. The workshop offers services to external customers while also being a resource for Renova internally. Responsibilities
As a mechanic in Renova's vehicle workshop, you will work with repairs and servicing of heavy vehicles, special machinery, and superstructures. You will work with mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics always in close collaboration with experienced colleagues. We offer ongoing training on the different types of vehicles so that you continuously develop and learn new things. You will take responsibility for your projects, make your own decisions, solve tricky problems, and find smart solutions in collaboration with your colleagues. You will also challenge yourself with complex constructions and developing and service-oriented tasks.
The working hours refer to day shifts.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a vehicle engineering education in heavy vehicles or equivalent experience from professional life. You also need to have basic computer skills.
It is a bonus if you:
- have several years of experience working with heavy vehicles and/or construction machinery
- have a C driver's license.
It is even better if you:
- are knowledgeable in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, electronics, and/or welding.
- have a CE driver's license, forklift license, overhead crane training, and hot work certification.
As a person, you are service-oriented and solution-focused. You value quality highly and are creative in how you approach solutions to various problems. You work independently and take responsibility and initiative when needed. It is also important that you value providing good service to customers, both internal and external, and that you work towards good collaboration and communication with your closest colleagues. We also appreciate if you are interested in development and see opportunities for changes and improvements in your work.
