As a Service Technician, you are responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing robotic lawn mowers according to the manufacturer's guidelines. A significant part of the job also involves support and guidance, as many cases relate to operation and settings.

The work primarily takes place in the workshop and is suitable for those who enjoy both practical technical work and customer-oriented problem-solving. You will work both independently and with the team, depending on the task and workload.

Your main responsibilities

· Troubleshoot, service, and repair robotic lawn mowers

· Replace parts and follow service guidelines according to the manufacturer

· Provide technical support and guidance for operational errors

· Document completed actions

· Collaborate with support, logistics, and other functions within the company

· Contribute to order, quality, and efficient workflow in the workshop
