Everllence (Formerly MAN Energy Solutions) is now looking for a traveling Service Technician for turbines and compressors in the Nordic region.

What does a day at work look like?

· Performing and supervising mechanical work on site where our customers are located, primarily on compressors and turbines (repairs, inspections, modifications, etc.).

· Planning, organizing, preparing, and coordinating work on site together with colleagues within Everllence, customers, and contractors.

· Communication with all involved parties during the execution of work on site.

· Professional guidance and instruction to the team (colleagues, customers, and/or contractors) during fieldwork.

· Ensuring that applicable standards, specifications, regulations, and safety measures are followed during the execution of work on site.

· Administration, reporting, and documentation for completed work.

· Ensuring that all documents, spare parts, and necessary tools for site work are available at the site of execution.

· Emergency service support as needed.

What do you need to know?

· We prefer that you have some education in mechanical work and knowledge of turbomachinery.

· Basic knowledge of I & C (Bently Nevada, Siemens, etc.) is highly desirable. However, we will also train you through our own training centers “PrimeServ Academy”.

· Practical experience in performing repairs, inspections, and upgrades of rotating machines.

· Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Project, etc.).

· HMS regulations and directives.

To thrive in working with us, we believe you have an agile mindset and flexibility to work with internal and external clients/partners and other stakeholders. Since it involves quite a bit of travel, it is important that you have the ability and enjoy traveling, primarily within the Nordic countries and the Baltic states, but also to other parts of Europe occasionally. As you will meet many people, it is important that you have good communication skills, both verbal and written. Many of your colleagues work around Europe, so English is a requirement.

Our premises are located at Oljevägen 105 in Torslanda where we have our office, workshop, and FAT testing unit.

Welcome to our department and our team

As a Service Technician for the PrimeServ Industries department, you will be stationed in Arendal in Gothenburg where our other operations are located. The function is part of the European service technician pool with over 200 technicians. In our Swedish organization (which also includes Finland), we are together about 75 employees. In our Industries department, we are 10 employees working both with new sales and after-sales. You will work together with another local service technician and a coordinator. In our group, we focus on sharing knowledge and information to continuously develop our team. Our goal is to provide premium service to our customers while creating a motivating and fun workplace for our colleagues.
