What We Offer

The role of technical project manager is exciting and challenging, with the opportunity to be the technical driving force in several projects. You will work in a dynamic environment with high-tech products and have access to tools and resources that enable the team to succeed together. You will be involved in structuring processes, libraries, and handling large data sets, as well as enabling the reuse of functions related to passive sensors. The work is varied and provides the opportunity to influence both working methods and technical choices. Travel and demonstrations may occur.

Your Responsibilities

As a technical project manager, you are responsible for the overall process and drive the work from requirements to delivery in close collaboration between hardware, software, and functional/signal processing. You will:

• Plan and prioritize together with project and program management
• Coordinate technical dependencies between subsystems, teams, and external parties
• Ensure the right competencies and initiate resource reinforcement if necessary
• Maintain timelines and budgets for technical milestones
• Evaluate technical solutions and recommendations
• Identify risks, manage deviations
• Lead meetings, workshops, and technical reviews

Your daily work is characterized by close collaboration with hardware/software/testing/CM and continuous follow-up in Jira. Initially, the work will take place in close partnership with project managers for a smooth introduction.

Your Competence

Several backgrounds are highly relevant: you may have worked with feasibility studies or investigations. You could currently be a project manager wanting to get closer to technology, a specialist on the way to leadership, or a technically oriented Scrum Master. A breadth of knowledge in hardware, software, signal processing, and system architecture is advantageous, as well as experience in requirements and resource management and coordination. The ability to manage dependencies and prioritize correctly is crucial.

This position is security classified, which means you will need to undergo and be approved in a security clearance process to be employed.
