Progressio continues to grow and is now looking for a driven individual who wants to help strengthen our presence in the Stockholm market. You will be a key person in our expansion and will play a central role in both recruiting and supporting our partners in their daily operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving recruitment and staffing within the restaurant industry in Stockholm. You will work proactively to stay ahead of market needs and are often the first to step in when we start new assignments.

You will:

- Maintain ongoing contact and relationship-building responsibility for approximately 20 restaurants.

- Work operationally on assignments when needed.

- Develop Progressio's collaborations in Stockholm, Gotland, and along the east coast.

👩🏻‍🍳 You have solid experience from the kitchen

🥗 You have worked in several restaurants and built a broad network

⚽️ You preferably have a background in team sports

🍴 You have solid cooking fundamentals from various types of kitchens

⛷️ Experience from seasonal work is a requirement

🙌🏼 Meritorious: work at reputable restaurants in Stockholm

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, confident, and enjoys taking responsibility.

You need to be:

💻 Computer literate and comfortable with various systems

📝 Good at expressing yourself in writing in Swedish

🫡 Structured and solution-oriented
