The role is about much more than just developing the café assortment and cold items. Imagine trend spotting, target audience analysis, and evaluating products served, all while producing larger quantities for various service points.

This includes everything from delicious sandwiches packaged and served warm or cold in a modern and appetizing way, to working with bowls containing various fillings. Of course, there should also be the fresh aroma of baked goods like cinnamon buns, croissants, and princess cakes.

THE ROLE
As a cold station attendant, you are creative and enjoy developing the product range. We consider it a given that you keep your station clean and tidy, ensure prep work is done, and that the food served is of the highest quality. You are self-assured, see solutions, and identify potential paths forward for both guests and employees. You are structured, organized, and maintain the high standards we strive for today.

You will work actively with sustainability. The circular sustainability journey reflects our footprint both socially, economically, and environmentally. Happy and motivated employees drive engagement. In other words, you are an ambassador for Progressio.

- Baking and pastry
- Enjoy trend spotting, from classics to what's happening on TikTok
