Do you want to spend your summer in a unique archipelago environment and work as part of a tight-knit team? We are now looking for you who want to work as all-round staff at Siaröfortet during the summer season of 2026.

At our place, the pace varies quickly – weather, number of guests, and events dictate the day. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is flexible, stress-resistant, and enjoys working with a variety of tasks.

About the position

You will work throughout our entire operation and be an important part of the daily running of the business. Your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Serving in the restaurant and café
• Cleaning common areas
• Making beds and cleaning rooms
• Preparations for opening and events
• Other routine tasks within the operation

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from the restaurant, hotel, or service industry
• Is customer-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles quick changes well
• Is flexible and not afraid to jump in where needed
• Speaks multiple languages (an advantage)
