• Has experience as a Sous Chef and/or Head Chef
• Is confident in a leadership role and accustomed to taking responsibility for operations, quality, and the team
• Is communicative and can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English
• Has good knowledge of economics, planning, and food safety
• Is flexible, solution-oriented, and professional in their work approach
• Thrives in various kitchen environments (especially in staffing assignments)
