About the Role

We are looking for an engaged and experienced cook who wants to become part of our kitchen team at Greek Kungshallen.

Here, you will work in a fast-paced environment where quality, precision, and teamwork are at the forefront. You will be involved in preparing our dishes and contribute to providing our guests with a first-class dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's routines.
• Operate the grill, griddle, and other kitchen equipment.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure high food quality.
• Follow current hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Collaborate with other staff members during service.

We are looking for someone who

• Is accustomed to working at a high pace.
• Has good teamwork skills and takes responsibility.
• Is meticulous and quality-conscious.
• Has good knowledge of food hygiene.
• Can work day shifts, evenings, and weekends.

Experience with Mediterranean or Greek cooking is an advantage but not a requirement.
