If you want the chance to take over the role of chef at the world's most delightful Spanish neighborhood bistro, now is the time to apply. Spanjorskan is located on Östermalm and welcomes neighbors, regulars, and guests for lunch & dinner throughout the week.

The lively, bustling atmosphere of a "hole in the wall" on one of Madrid's backstreets. The scents of roasted poultry from the rotisserie, whole turbot from the oven, shrimp on the grill. The culinary joy of San Sebastian. The freshness of seafood served on large platters in Barcelona. Coming to Spanjorskan on Nybrogatan 42 is like a short trip to Spain, but still not quite.

As a chef, your task is to drive and develop the kitchen within the frameworks set by management and the head chef. Your work involves ensuring that food is prepared according to recipes and, of course, being able to work well both independently and in a team.

As a chef at Spanjorskan, you will prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and season, contribute to the development of new dishes and menus, and raise the quality in the kitchen.
