About the role

As a Night Receptionist, you are the heart of the hotel during the night hours. You welcome late arrivals, assist guests who need support, and ensure everything runs smoothly for the new day ahead. You create calm, structure, and a warm feeling even in the middle of the night.

You will:

• Check in and take care of late-arriving guests
• Be available for service and questions throughout the night
• Handle bookings and administrative tasks
• Prepare for the next day's arrivals and departures
• Ensure the reception and public areas maintain high standards
• Collaborate with other departments and hand over to the day team

You are the sense of security in the house when the pace slows down but the responsibility remains high.

Experience

• Experience from service, hospitality, or reception is an advantage
• Experience with night shifts is a plus
• Good computer skills are required
• Personality and sense of responsibility weigh the most

About the position

• Employment degree according to agreement
• Night work according to schedule
• Working hours usually between approx. 22:30 and 07:00
• Weekend work is included
• 6-month probation period, starting in September
