A truly good neighborhood bistro does more than just serve food and drinks. It is a hub in its local area – an essential ingredient in a stew that keeps simmering year after year:

The building it resides in, the surrounding streets, the guests, the staff, the history of the premises, and the stories to be told – when all the pieces are in the right place, that little extra something is created, which is hard to put into words.

About the role

You will join a tight-knit group, where several have worked with us for a longer period. It is important to us that you enjoy working here under fair conditions. Your responsibilities

• Station responsibility
• Responsible alcohol service
• Learn and have knowledge of our food and beverage offerings
• Cash handling and payments
• Opening/closing of the restaurant
