About the Role

As Sous Chef, you are an operational leader who holds the day-to-day operations of the kitchen together. You plan the week's workflow, lead shifts, and ensure that routines are followed. During service, you are present, coach the team, and create calm even when the pace is high. You contribute to menu development, inventory, and ordering, and serve as a vital link between the Head Chef and the cooks.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts and be active in production during service.
  • Plan the week's work, organize prep, and ensure orders and stock levels are managed.
  • Coach and develop the cooks, creating structure and a calm working environment.
  • Contribute to menu work and quality assurance.
  • Communicate clearly and build a respectful, positive work environment.

We are looking for you who

  • Have experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role in a restaurant kitchen.
  • Are calm, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Believe in teamwork, respect, and order, and enjoy working smart.

The Position

Full-time, Stockholm. Salary according to agreement and collective agreement.
