Do you want to seize the chance to take on the role of Sous Chef at the world's most delightful neighborhood bistro? Now is the time to apply. Located right in the heart of Gamla Stan (Old Town), Österlånggatan 17 welcomes neighbors, regulars, and guests for lunch and dinner throughout the week.

At Österlånggatan 17, you are welcome whenever you want, however you want – lounging in an arched sofa during a lively dinner with a crisp oyster and a bottle of Chablis. Or perhaps sipping on a glass of cava in the bar late one afternoon. The menu features notes from the classics, from the rustic kitchen, from modern home cooking, and that recognizable feeling from Southern Europe's simple way of eating.

As Sous Chef, your task is to drive and develop the kitchen within the frameworks set by management and the Head Chef. Your work involves ensuring that food is prepared according to recipes and, of course, being able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
