The Skaraborg Jönköping market area conducts property management and has about 150 employees. The operations include financial and technical management as well as property services.

We are now looking for a Facility Technician based in Skövde or Tidaholm - Are you our new colleague?

As a facility technician, you will work with technically complex buildings that require significant property technical competence. You will work with energy and operational monitoring, perform service, identify deviations, and carry out corrective maintenance.

You will work in customer teams, closely collaborating with other facility technicians, technical managers, and property caretakers.

The work is varied, social, and highly independent with significant personal responsibility. You will have great freedom to independently solve the tasks you face in your work. With us, the computer and phone are essential tools, and every work order is handled digitally. Your tasks will include:

• Supervision and maintenance of the technical systems of the properties
• Performing service on heating, ventilation, and managing associated control systems
• Identifying and resolving deviations and corrective maintenance in technical systems and installations
• Reporting deviations to the property manager
• Contacting subcontractors for service and repairs
• Ensuring all work is carried out according to applicable regulatory requirements
• Alarm management of the properties' technical systems
• Meter readings of water, electricity, and heating, inputting values into energy systems, and analyzing values together with the energy controller
• Facility manager for the properties' sprinkler and fire alarm systems
• Performing systematic fire protection work
• Additional work from the client
• Administration, e.g., customer reporting, energy statistics, work order management, etc.

You contribute with your skills and engagement

We are looking for someone with a facility technician education at least at the high school level or equivalent experience acquired in other ways.

A broad property technical competence through several years of relevant work experience in heating and ventilation systems, control, and regulation technology is a prerequisite for the job. We prefer that you have basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting and familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements.

It is important that you are social and have the ability to create an open and trusting dialogue with customers and your colleagues. You can work independently, have strong problem-solving skills, and work in a businesslike manner. You are a cheerful and positive team player who enjoys contributing to the group's results.

You enjoy providing good service and always act professionally in your customer contacts. You want to be part of creating a good and sustainable long-term environment.

• You have a good ability to work administratively using digital tools
• You can express yourself well in both speech and writing.
• You have a B driver's license

The position is permanent full-time with placement in Skövde or Tidaholm, but work in other locations within the market area may occur.
