Your Role with Us

In our teams, you will be offered a varied job where each day involves wonderful meetings. You will provide care and service to individuals in regular housing based on the customer's needs.

An important part of the job is to keep the customer in focus, which is why we work in teams around the customer for a good overall perspective. The work also includes being a fixed care contact and holding one or more areas of responsibility. You will be offered a varied job with care interventions, activities, and delegated tasks from nurses and rehabilitation staff. We work centrally, which means we bike to and between our customers.

The municipality of Kristianstad has chosen to separate care interventions and service interventions, which means we have a special team that only works with service interventions. This gives you as a nursing assistant a greater opportunity to focus on care work.

We work during the day and evening every day of the week.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant with a recognized education from the health and care program and proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare of a protected professional title. We would like you to have experience in care work and home care services.

Since the position requires documentation as well as communication with customers, colleagues, and other partners, we expect you to be computer literate and proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. For the position, you need to be able to bike, and if you can also handle an electric bike, that is an advantage. Having a B driver's license is a merit.

Your personal qualities are of great importance, and we want you to have an interest in people. You need to be confident in yourself and highly value good interactions with everyone you meet in your work. You should also have a good ability to plan your work based on the needs of the operation, as these can change during a work shift.

As a person, you are goal-oriented and driven by development work, for yourself and for the organization. You have a positive attitude and contribute to a good working climate.

The operations of the Care Administration are aimed at the elderly and individuals who need functional support as well as those in need of home healthcare. The operations are functionally divided into four areas: support in regular housing, support in care and nursing homes, health and medical care, and functional support. The administration also includes the authority unit, the national gymnasium, and the assistive technology center in Eastern Skåne.
