JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The position primarily focuses on IT support for Medical Technical Products (MTP) within Imaging and Function (diagnostics). As an IT engineer with us, you will be part of a team of engineers, technicians, and specialists responsible for procurement, operation, and maintenance of medical technical equipment within imaging and functional medicine.

Your primary tasks include everything from phone support, installation of hardware and software, connectivity, integration, troubleshooting, and support to the healthcare operations and colleagues. There are also purely administrative tasks related to quality systems and development of working methods. The position includes tasks both locally and regionally within the imaging and functional diagnostics units in collaboration with external partners. There are great opportunities for personal development within Imaging and Functional Technology. The current place of employment is Malmö, but since we work regionally, some work will take place in other locations in the region.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university degree in MT/IT, or other education/experience deemed equivalent in medical technology and/or IT. Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form is a requirement for the position, as well as a valid B driver's license since travel may occur. You should have experience in IT work in larger organizations. We consider it an advantage if you have experience in network and server management and have deeper knowledge in computer management. Project management and medical technical work are seen as advantageous, as well as experience in procurement processes.

As a person, you are service-oriented, communicative, structured, engaged, and responsible. The work requires a knack for service commitments, and you should also be accustomed to working both independently and in a team. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, and of course, you must live up to Region Skåne's values.

Warm welcome with your application!
