Within the Care and Support Administration, we have full-time as the norm. This means that all permanent employees fundamentally have a full-time position. More information about what this means for this position will be provided during a potential interview. Exceptions (from full-time as the norm) are personal assistants.

We are looking for more hourly substitutes for Daily Activities in the area of Activity and Experience. We consist of a total of 15 operations in Uppsala. Here we offer users a change of environment, social interaction, and meaningful activities. Users have different support needs; some have more extensive care needs and/or challenging behaviors, while others are more independent. Communication occurs through speech, visual support, sign language, and other aids.

Job Description
As a work supervisor, you provide support and service to users according to LSS and their assistance decisions. You base your work on the users' implementation plans and the direction of the operations. You lead activities both individually and in groups, assist during meals and toilet visits, and engage with users in a way that strengthens their independence and quality of life.
You work closely with your colleagues in a team, document in Lifecare, clean and maintain the premises, and drive a car or minibus for transport and excursions. The operations are open Monday–Friday from 07:30 to 16:00.
Qualifications
- Education as a nursing assistant, within the child and leisure program, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. Several years of relevant work experience may be considered equivalent to the required education.
- Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
- B driver's license (requirement).
It is an advantage if you have experience working in daily activities, group homes, or as a personal assistant for users under LSS or experience in care and nursing. The position requires that you are computer literate.
To fit in the role, you take initiative and drive the work forward to create meaningful activities. You are a team player who collaborates well with others and communicates in a responsive and constructive manner. You have empathetic abilities and can understand others' perspectives without taking over their feelings. Additionally, you are service-oriented, calm, and attentive in your interactions and strive to find solutions.
