The health center is located in the Hageby district and currently has about 14,000 registered patients and approximately 80 employees.

Primary Care Center Östergötland consists of 33 region-run health centers, Vårdcentrum Finspång, Child Health Care Unit, 1177 and emergency centers in the evening and on weekends, and the General Medicine Training Center. We conduct a broad primary care operation where we offer care to everyone throughout life; newborns, children, adolescents, adults, the elderly, and patients at the end of life.

Job Description

In the initial phase of this temporary position, we see you primarily as a dictation writer as we mainly need to resource-fill this specific task. Later on, the role of the medical administrator may involve various tasks such as diagnosis classification and handling of referrals and mail. We have an ongoing business development where digitization is a part.

About You

You are a trained medical administrator. It is an advantage if you have experience in primary care and with the Cosmic journal system. You are an experienced dictation writer. You are confident in yourself and your professional role. You are attentive to the needs of others, have an easy time collaborating, and are flexible in your working style. You are not afraid to take on new challenges and develop new working methods. Personal suitability is highly valued.
