Primary Care Center Östergötland consists of 33 region-run health centers, Vårdcentrum Finspång, Child Health Care Unit, 1177 and emergency centers in the evening and weekend, and General Medical Training Center. We conduct a broad primary care operation where we offer care to everyone throughout life; newborns, children, adolescents, adults, the elderly, and patients at the end of life.

Vårdcentralen Linghem is located 5 minutes by commuter train from Linköping city center and 20 minutes from Norrköping city. The health center currently has about 6,850 registered patients. Job Description

The health administrator's tasks are on a rolling schedule where you, together with your colleagues, share the responsibility for medical record writing, administrative tasks, emergency functions, as well as switching off at the reception. You also collaborate with other professional groups at the health center, and together we work to provide our patients with good and qualitative care in a timely manner. In addition to these tasks, there are several possible areas of responsibility that are adapted according to interest and the needs of the operation. We tailor your introduction based on your experience and needs to ensure you feel secure in your professional role.

Work Group

We are about 26 employees at the health center who enjoy working together in an open work climate. Currently, three health administrators and one receptionist work at the site.

At the health center, there are medical consultations, specialist nurse consultations, nurse consultations, child health care, psychosocial competence, foot care, and laboratory services. We also take responsibility for a nursing home and home health care.

About You

You are a trained health administrator. Experience in primary care, Cosmic, and other relevant IT systems in Region Östergötland is an advantage. Furthermore, you master the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, corresponding to C1 level.

As a person, you are used to working both independently and in a team. You have a very good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing. You are responsible, structured, service-oriented, and attentive. You have a good demeanor and good collaboration skills. You have an interest in development work and want to influence our future work with ideas and engagement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
