A Job That Counts!
With us, you contribute to a well-functioning society for the public and businesses.
About the Job
This advertisement is only aimed at those who are covered by a labor market policy measure.
As an enforcement officer, you primarily work with administrative handling and investigation of cases. You investigate assets and make decisions about appropriate coercive measures of varying scope and complexity. This means that you analyze and assess different types of documentation. You will also have some contact with debtors, applicants, and other authorities. The contact mainly takes place via phone, email, or letter to request additional information. With the support of laws and regulations, you assess the documentation and make decisions. The cases you handle require legal security, speed, and efficiency while maintaining quality.
You will undergo internal training for six months where practice is combined with theory, and you will also have a mentor who supports you initially. The training includes, among other things, law, communication, and conversation techniques. You will be part of a section that collectively takes responsibility for results, planning, and workload distribution.
Everyone working at the Enforcement Authority contributes to the fight against crime. Your work tasks include identifying and preventing attempts at criminal activity and notifying other authorities of suspected crimes. As an enforcement officer, you may, for example, alert other authorities that a person is receiving benefits on incorrect grounds. This can result in you helping to stop incorrect payments from the welfare system.
About You
As an employee at the Enforcement Authority, you are expected to live up to our employee policy.
Employee Policy (https://www.kronofogden.se/jobba-hos-oss/medarbetarpolicy)

You work results-oriented, demonstrate decisiveness, and focus on what needs to be achieved. You are stable and trustworthy in meetings with people in vulnerable situations. You communicate easily and are pedagogical in your interactions with customers. You have analytical skills that allow you to see connections and find the most effective solutions. You adapt to circumstances and the changes that occur.
Your Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 6 months of relevant experience in administrative work at the Enforcement Authority within Enforcement
- Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.
With support from § 4 of the Employment Ordinance, we will, in addition to the above requirements, particularly consider that the applicant is covered by a labor market policy measure.
About Us
The Enforcement Authority is a government agency with an important mission. We work closely with people in vulnerable situations. We help those who have not been paid and guide those who need to pay. We provide citizens and businesses with information and good service so they can make long-term and sustainable decisions. This requires knowledge, decisiveness, care, and courage. We contribute to a well-functioning society for the public and businesses – a society where debts and other claims are established and collected in a legally secure manner.
With us, you can expect challenging tasks that are also developmental for you. When you leave work at the end of the day, you can be sure that you have done something that really counts – both for others and for yourself.
Good to Know
