Your Responsibilities

You will work at our children's residence in Ystad. Here, we communicate using sign language, for which we offer internal training. You will be part of a team that works together to ensure that each individual has a meaningful occupation and daily life. Your task is to support the individual in their daily life and assist based on their needs. You may help with personal care, daily chores (laundry, cleaning, shopping), or simply provide support in everyday life. You are also expected to participate in the individual's activities, such as day trips or other events.

About You

We are looking for someone who has completed high school education, preferably in healthcare or child and leisure studies. We would like you to have experience in healthcare and have previously worked with similar tasks. Knowledge of sign language and experience with LSS is an advantage.

As a person, you are responsible, secure, and value the well-being of others. To succeed in the role, your engagement is important. In our recruitment, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Computer skills are required as documentation is a recurring task. You should be able to read and communicate in Swedish to meet the information requirements for your work.

A driver's license is a requirement.

Employment

We offer you a temporary position with hourly pay. We apply individual salary setting and the start date will be agreed upon. A prerequisite for employment is that you can provide an extract from the criminal record. Your working hours will include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Before employment, we will conduct a citizenship check. You will need to present a passport, national ID card, or personal certificate. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must also provide proof of a valid work permit or that you are exempt from the obligation to have a work permit according to the Aliens Ordinance Chapter 6 §13a.
