As an IT support consultant, you will work closely with users to ensure that systems operate efficiently. You will have a varied role focusing on both administration and support:

• Administration and support of Google Workspace

• Troubleshooting and user assistance in Apple/macOS environments

• Device and hardware management

• Ensuring a high level of service for users

We are looking for someone who combines technical competence with a service-oriented approach:

• Has good and documented experience in Google Workspace administration

• Is accustomed to working in Apple/macOS environments

• Has experience in IT support and problem-solving

• Works meticulously, structured, and service-oriented
