Are you passionate about IT and want to provide the best possible support? Do you want to work in a team without prestige where you can help develop processes and workflows? Here, you will become a key person in the Service Desk during an exciting system transformation.
About the company The company is a global player in the automotive industry, with several well-known brands under one roof. Support plays an important role in the company's ambition to create safe and simple customer journeys for all customers.
You will be welcomed into a culture characterized by long-term thinking, quality, and a strong focus on developing both people and working methods.
We will tell you more about the company upon application and during the first interview.
About the role In the role of Application Support, you will handle technical questions and application cases for internal and external users. You will work with everything from login issues and permissions to questions regarding sales systems and similar. You will document cases, update knowledge articles, and forward to technical second and third line support. Assistance with technical questions at the warehouse in Nykvarn will occur.
The workday is varied; cases come in via phone, ticketing system, and self-service portal, and you will take responsibility for prioritization and follow-up. You will collaborate with colleagues and system owners and actively contribute to improving processes and routines.

A workplace to thrive in: Supportive managers, wonderful colleagues, and a positive work culture.
Who are you? We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, curious, and technically interested. You are structured, document your work, and take initiative to improve processes. You thrive on variety and unexpected events, contributing to a non-prestigious and collaborative team.
Requirements:
High school education or equivalent
Swedish and English in speech and writing
Approved background check (including credit check)
It is a plus if you have experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint, as well as good knowledge of ticketing systems and documentation.
We would also like you to have a technical interest or background in IT and application support; experience with AI solutions such as Copilot is a plus.
Practical information Location: Södertälje (Hovsjö) Start: April 1 Scope: Full-time, permanent (consulting assignment via Workz) Working hours: Office hours overall, but it is important that you can work until 6 PM on certain days and shorter shifts on some Saturdays may occur. Application: For a fair and unbiased recruitment process, a matching test is used as the first step. The test will be sent to your email after application and must be completed to proceed in the process.
We value who you are more than what is on your CV, and the test provides an objective picture of your match for the role.
We look forward to your application!
