Job Description

The assignment concerns a change leader for work on the implementation of a new governance model related to a new IT sourcing strategy within a larger organization. The work includes change management with a focus on strategy, planning, and execution.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in analyzing business needs and translating them into concrete change plans, as well as prioritizing change initiatives based on business value, impact, and risk.
• Excellent ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish.
• Experience in leading change initiatives related to processes and IT systems in environments with multiple suppliers and complex governance. Desirable: Experience in implementing SIAM.
• Understanding of ITIL, PM3, and SIAM models, as well as good knowledge of established change management methods (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Lean Change).
• Ability to define and follow up on KPIs for change initiatives, as well as experience in ensuring that changes are implemented sustainably and achieve the desired effect.
• At least 7 years of documented experience in change management in complex organizations. Desirable: Experience in change work within the public sector.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, as well as experience in producing communication materials and training initiatives related to change.
