Igelbäckskolan is a municipal resource school that accepts students in grades 4-9 within the autism spectrum.

Here, teachers and resource educators work together with students in small teaching groups focusing on learning and well-being. One of our teachers has received a new assignment, and we are therefore looking for a substitute teacher in home economics, art, and physical education for the remainder of the spring term.

As a teacher with us, you help create the best learning environment for our students who need engaged and skilled teachers. We have a constant striving to find solutions so that our students can continue to develop academically and socially. We are looking for someone who is flexible in their teaching, sees each student's individual needs and conditions, and has the ability to meet these needs with their teaching methods. You approach challenges with curiosity, think outside the box, and solve problems methodically. You reflect on, plan, and evaluate your teaching in consultation with students and colleagues.

We are looking for a certified teacher with the qualifications to teach grades 4-9 and who has experience teaching students with NPF diagnoses. You need to have special educational competence and knowledge/experience in using compensatory and digital learning tools.

We place great importance on your personal qualities.

In connection with the recruitment process, you will need to provide a current extract from the criminal record register to be considered for the position with us.

The position is a part-time substitute, 75%.

Start date by agreement/as soon as possible. Apply no later than 2025-02-15.
