Home Healthcare is looking for experienced nurses and specialist nurses!

Job Responsibilities
As a nurse, you are responsible for the care of the patients. This means that you independently assess, plan, and organize medical and nursing interventions. You are responsible for guiding, educating, and delegating nursing staff. You work person-centered by involving the patient in decisions and collaborating closely with relatives and the team around the patient.
You regularly collaborate with primary care based on a patient focus. You will also collaborate with several actors according to the health and medical care agreement, where the region, municipality, and primary care are included to meet the individual’s care needs.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with at least two years of work experience. In addition, you have:
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
- Insight into applicable legislation, establishing goals and guidelines
- Good digital competence
- Driving license B
- Good cycling habits.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Work experience with individuals with mental health issues, psychiatric diagnoses, and/or dementia
- Work experience from municipal health and medical care
- Specialist training in relevant areas; elderly care, medical nursing, further education in psychiatry, or district nursing
- Good experience collaborating with other authorities and being part of various networks
- Knowledge of the documentation program Procapita

Information about the position
We are currently looking for nurses for the day and evening sections. Within the day section, you will be based at some of our eight sections within the city of Malmö, and the evening section is based at Storgatan 20. Working hours are scheduled during the day from 07:00-15:30, and in the evening from 14:30-23:00.
