Administrator for a Technology-Oriented Industrial Business in Mönsterås

The role is initially a consulting assignment through Unik Resurs with the ambition of transitioning to employment with the client.

About the Assignment

You will work in an operational business where you are responsible for coordinating, quality-assuring, and driving administrative processes related to projects, personnel, and finance. The focus is on contributing to a smoother, more structured workday.

You will primarily work with a specific client in the industry but also support other parts of the organization in the region.

Examples of Tasks:

• Collecting and compiling time reports, creating invoice documentation
• Ongoing project administration in the business system
• Updating project lists and documentation
• Payroll documentation and contact with suppliers
• Registering personnel in ID06 and SSG
• Coordinating training, certificates, and notifications to authorities
• Supporting monthly closing and internal reporting

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is used to working administratively and enjoys a role where you can keep track of both details and the big picture. You are structured, self-driven, and like to get things done – but also unpretentious and service-oriented in your interactions with others.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Completed high school education, preferably post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Several years of experience in administrative work, preferably within projects, construction, technology, or industry
• Very good system skills with strong knowledge of Excel and Office, and preferably previous experience working in business systems
• Driver's license B
