We are now looking for a payroll administrator for a temporary position of approximately 3–6 months with one of our clients in Kalmar. In this role, you will be responsible for payroll management for collectively employed staff. The work encompasses the entire payroll process, from ongoing registration and control to payment and follow-up. You will work closely with the business and ensure that salaries are handled correctly, on time, and in accordance with applicable collective agreements.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Independent handling of salaries for collectively employed staff
• Ongoing administration related to payroll, absence, and deviations
• Interpretation and application of collective agreements
• Contact with managers and employees regarding payroll-related questions

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience in payroll administration for collectively employed staff
• Is confident in collective agreements and the entire payroll process
• Works in a structured, meticulous manner and takes responsibility for your area
• Has the ability to quickly adapt to new working methods and routines

Meritorious:

• Experience with the payroll system HR+ 8

This assignment is suitable for you who are available for a temporary position and want to contribute your expertise to an established business in Kalmar during a transition period.
