About the Job
As an employee at Skadeservice, you make a difference in our customers' lives by helping them when accidents occur. We are looking for someone who always has the customer's best interests in mind, sees opportunities in change, enjoys varied work, and adapts to the needs of the business.
We offer a dynamic work environment where you have the opportunity to develop and contribute to providing our customers with the best service. You will meet our customers both physically, via phone, and through our digital channels. You will work closely with your colleagues in the department and help create an efficient and positive work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Damage Assessment: Manage and investigate damages by conducting assessments, primarily of building damages.
- Administration: Perform administrative tasks related to damage assessments and customer cases, such as making calculations, writing protocols, directing builders in damage cases, and also clarifying unclear damage causes.
- Customer Service: Provide professional service in all our channels according to customer needs.
- Implement Preventive Measures: In connection with assessments, secure our customers' everyday lives by offering and installing preventive products.
We are looking for someone with a strong customer focus and a desire to contribute to LF Kalmar's development and success. To succeed in this role, we believe you possess the following qualities and qualifications:
- Self-leadership: You take initiative, are proactive in your work, and take responsibility for your development.
- Structured: You are meticulous and organized.
- Collaboration Skills: You are good at collaborating, enjoy working in teams, and have high social competence.
- Flexibility: You are flexible and can adapt to different tasks and situations according to the needs of the business.
- Communicative: You have a good ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, adapting to the audience.
- Change-oriented: You are driven by development and continuous improvement and are eager to try new working methods.
- Experience: We see that you have a construction-related education, preferably moisture technology or inspection training. Experience in the inspection or construction industry, dehumidification, and knowledge of house fungus is considered an advantage. If you also have experience in claims handling or customer service, that is a plus. You should be comfortable working in various systems simultaneously and enjoy having a lot of customer contact.
For us, it is important that you share our values and take responsibility for creating a positive LF spirit in the workplace. We highly value your personal qualities and look forward to welcoming a new colleague to our dedicated team at Skadeservice!
