Job Description

Are you a student studying economics, preferably in your first year, and want to combine your studies with practical experience in finance? Then this job might be for you.

In the role of junior finance assistant, you will support our client's finance department with simpler, ongoing financial tasks. The workload varies based on needs and is therefore suitable for someone studying.

Examples of Tasks

  • Management of accounts receivable
  • Management of accounts payable
  • Registration and verification of invoices
  • Simple reconciliations
  • Other administrative finance tasks as needed

The employment is a needs-based position with work available as needed during the semesters, in the weeks that studies allow, as well as during holidays and study breaks. The work takes place on-site at our client's location. Working hours are during the day. You will be employed as a consultant with us and assigned to our client in Kalmar.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone studying economics, such as a business administration program or economics program, preferably in your first year. You have a good understanding of basic financial flows, are meticulous, structured, and responsible. You are computer literate and can easily familiarize yourself with new systems, and can work independently when needed.
