Junior IT-related Requirements and Business Analyst

About the Position

As a junior requirements and business analyst, you will be part of a cross-functional agile team where you work alongside system developers, UX specialists, and business experts. With support from experienced colleagues, you will help investigate, structure, and document the needs and requirements of the business.

You will contribute to transforming requirements into solution proposals and development tasks, as well as participate in analysis and prioritization work. The role gives you the opportunity to develop in the intersection between business and technology, with many points of contact and a shared responsibility for quality in the team's deliveries. Together, you will create the future's digital health data solutions for the citizens of Sweden.

About You

You are a person who is passionate about technology and moves effortlessly between tools and environments. You are collaborative and find it easy to build relationships throughout the organization. It is natural for you to take responsibility for your own work, and you work both structured and meticulously. Furthermore, you have a flexible attitude in your professional role and see the big picture in both large and small matters.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • a relevant academic degree
  • current work experience with agile methodologies
  • excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous for the position if you have:

  • current experience in requirements work in IT-related businesses
  • experience working in the healthcare, health, and/or social care sector
  • experience in investigative work within healthcare and/or pharmacy
  • experience working in a government agency.

The employment is permanent with a six-month probationary period. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement. The place of employment is Kalmar. The work may involve business trips, primarily between Kalmar and Stockholm.

Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. Therefore, we may need to conduct a security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585). For certain tasks in a security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
