We are a small, wonderful team currently looking for a new colleague who wants to help strengthen our business from our newly opened office in central Jönköping.

With a presence in over 50 locations in Sweden, we collaborate with a variety of companies in the service industry. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction makes us an important partner for businesses. We are now seeking dedicated customer service representatives who want to make a difference in how customer service is experienced!

About the role:

As a customer service representative at SEM Solutions, you will be an important part of our team and contribute directly to creating a positive customer experience for our partners' customers. You will have a varied role with the following main responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from our partners and customers in a professional and service-oriented manner.
  • Ensure that each customer receives a fantastic service experience and that their questions and needs are addressed in the best possible way to strengthen the relationship.
  • Provide administrative support to our operational teams.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong sense of service and a genuine interest in helping people and building positive relationships.
  • Is flexible, solution-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment where you represent different brands.
  • Has good communication skills in both spoken and written English and can adapt your communication to different situations.
  • Is meticulous, structured, and can handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Is proficient in English for internal and external communication.
  • Enjoys juggling multiple tasks.
  • Thrives in a varied work pace and adapts work accordingly.
