We are now looking for a teacher for grades F-3. As a teacher in grades F-3, you will be both a leader and a guide – the adult who provides security, builds trust, and shares the joy of the students' first major learning experiences. Together with engaged colleagues, you will create a school environment where children can grow, develop, and lay the foundation for the rest of their educational journey.

YOUR ROLE

As a teacher in grades F-3, you will be an important part of the students' first school years. You will plan, implement, and follow up on the teaching, ensuring that each student receives the support and challenges they need to succeed. The focus is on developing students' abilities in reading, writing, and mathematics, as well as creating a safe and inspiring environment where children can develop both socially and personally.

A significant part of your work involves collaboration – with colleagues, students, and guardians – where you together find solutions to create the best possible conditions for the students.

YOUR COMPETENCE AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone who has a teaching license for grades F-3. If you are in the final stages of your education and are waiting for your license, you are also welcome to apply.

To thrive in this role, you need to have a genuine desire to work with children, be able to inspire and engage in the classroom, and at the same time be a secure and clear leader. You appreciate collaboration, see opportunities to develop the organization together with others, and meet differences with openness and respect.

To work within Education and labor market activities, you must provide an extract from the criminal record. You will order the extract for school and childcare from the Police (https://polisen.se/ (https://polisen.se/)). It is valid for one year and must be renewed thereafter.
