We are looking for an experienced Information Architect/IT Specialist for our client's team in Information Architecture and Informatics.

Background of the assignment:

The team is responsible for integration profiles and information sets that describe patient record information, as well as frameworks for the development and management of all the client's integration profiles. You will work on translating business requirements into specifications for information exchange and application within the client's service offerings. The upcoming assignment for the team involves the new and further development of information sets that manage patient record information and the planning and implementation of the transition to a new technical transfer format (REST-FHIR).

Due to new legislation, the Act on Integrated Care and Social Care Documentation, the tasks will also encompass parts of the municipal care operations. Additionally, EU legislation on patient data (European Health Data Space, EHDS) will influence future work.

Assignment description:

The main areas of responsibility for the assignment will at least include the following activities, deliverables, and moments.

• To drive practical informatics and information architecture work within the organization using established methods and models.
• To plan, execute, and document performance, decisions, and results together with the team.
• To collaborate with various stakeholders within the public sector, primarily in healthcare and social care, such as healthcare personnel, regional and municipal administrators and developers, system suppliers, as well as national actors like SKR, the National Board of Health and Welfare, and the eHealth Agency.

The assignment will be carried out according to the client's project model (PPS) and in accordance with other management systems at Inera.

Mandatory requirements

• Experience in driving work within information architecture and/or informatics in a larger organization with complex information exchanges.
• Experience in independently planning, driving, executing, and following up on work.
• Experience from the public sector and its collaboration.
• High competence with at least four (4) years of experience as an Information Architect or alternatively as a Business Architect or IT Specialist.
• Proven competence and at least three (3) assignments involving information gathering and the development of information models.
• At least two (2) assignments where collaboration with other actors in the public sector has been included.
