As a nursing assistant or caregiver with us at Forenede Care, you will provide good care, service, and support to our residents.

Segevångsgården is a special accommodation focused on dementia and somatic illnesses, with 72 places divided into six departments, all located on the ground floor. As a care staff member, you play an important role in the team and are responsible for our residents' care and well-being under the guidance of nurses and managers. Segevångsgården has a fantastic park-like garden, and all departments have access to it from the day rooms; each department also has its own outdoor area. One department with 19 residents is for somatically ill individuals, while the other five are for people with dementia, totaling 53 residents. At Segevångsgården, we have a stable staff team and engaged management. We collaborate, and joy is a common thread in our work, with lots of laughter and care for each other.

We work hard to reduce medication use and focus on care efforts where the entire team is involved. We actively work with the BPSD registry and are undergoing Star Rating.

In the role of nursing assistant or caregiver with us, you will provide care and support based on the resident's wishes and in accordance with applicable assistance decisions, with a strong focus on quality. This includes performing personal hygiene, assisting with meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and social interaction. Social interaction may involve conversations, games, bike rides, music activities, or similar. You will also perform delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and training.

As a summer substitute with us, you have good chances of getting new temporary positions or permanent employment.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several colleagues for full-time/part-time summer substitutes with varying degrees of employment.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

• Provide a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare if you are applying for a position as a nursing assistant

Experience in care is required, and we also consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.
