We are now looking for an experienced Supplier Manager in IT for a qualified consulting assignment with a larger organization that has high demands on structure, security, and delivery quality. The assignment involves strengthening an established Supplier Manager team for a limited period.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and developing relationships with IT suppliers, as well as ensuring that contracts, procurements, and deliveries meet the needs of the business. You will work closely with both the business, procurement, and IT, and have a central role in supplier management.

As a Supplier Manager, you will among other things:

• Support the IT department in interpreting and applying IT contracts

• Follow up and develop collaboration with IT suppliers

• Handle escalations from operational business

• Follow up penalties and drive penalty discussions

• Negotiate and handle disputes with IT suppliers

• Negotiate and sign addendums to existing contracts

• Ensure that IT requirements, regulations, and specifications are adhered to in procurements

• Represent IT in procurements and contract negotiations

• Contribute to the management and further development of supplier management and sourcing strategies

• At least 3 years of documented experience as a Supplier Manager, Vendor Manager, or equivalent role within IT operations

• At least 2 documented assignments in procurement and contract-related contexts for IT

  • of which at least 1 assignment must pertain to the procurement of Cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure-related services

• At least 1 documented assignment in procurement and contract-related contexts for OT

• Documented experience of working with IT sourcing strategies

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience from larger, complex, or security-sensitive organizations

• Consulting background and ability to quickly adapt to new environments

• You will be employed by us and rented out to the client

• Extent: 100%

• Start: March 2, 2026

• End: June 30, 2026, with possibility of extension

• Location: Stockholm (work is on-site)
