Technical Inside Sales Representative at Dematek AB

Dematek AB is the market's most complete supplier of lifting equipment, service, and safety training. We are represented all over Sweden and are now looking for another technical inside sales representative for our headquarters in Segeltorp. You will work with the leading brands in the lifting industry and become part of our strong team at Dematek.

Your New Challenges

As a technical inside sales representative, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from customer contact, quote writing, tender submissions, and advice, to order management, negotiation, and closing. You will handle the entire product range with some limitations and create quotes either independently or in consultation with our designers and/or product specialists.

Main Responsibilities

  • Registration and follow-up of leads and quotes for the entire product range
  • Order, purchasing, and delivery monitoring/follow-up for the entire product portfolio within the light lifting segment.
  • Customer and supplier contacts mainly via email and phone
  • Stay updated on customers, competitors, market developments, and technical changes in your own product range
  • Drive your own sales projects centrally, e.g., campaigns, product launches, targeting different customer segments
  • Procurement monitoring
  • Assist in the analysis and follow-up of sales and statistics

Your Experience and Qualities

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in technical sales towards industry. We expect you to have a solid technical education, preferably a high school or engineering degree, or alternatively, extensive practical/technical experience in sales. You have a strong interest in technical possibilities and complex solutions. Furthermore, we see that you have experience in building new and good relationships, writing quotes and contracts. Your IT skills are good, and you have a solid understanding of various CRM and business systems.

As a person, you are primarily fearless with a strong drive and competitive instinct while having a keen sense of business acumen. You are solution-focused and consultative in your customer meetings and sell with presence and focus. You have the strength to motivate yourself in your own sales work while being humble and attentive with high social competence.

You are a team player who excels at creating and maintaining relationships. You are confident, solution-oriented, and a good communicator.

Your Swedish and English need to be fluent in both spoken and written form. If you speak German, it is an advantage.

The position is full-time based at our headquarters in Segeltorp. If you have worked in a similar position and are familiar with our product portfolio, another location may be possible. Travel may occur.
