Your New Job

We are now looking for a new colleague who will have overall responsibility for supporting the municipality's operations in the direct procurement process from needs analysis to contract signing. Direct procurement is an important part of the municipality's purchasing process and plays a central role in achieving the municipality's goals.

In addition to the overall responsibility for the direct procurement process, you will also support the unit with procurement legal advice, including by following the legal developments in the field.

We are therefore looking for someone with a strong interest in contract law and procurement law, as well as the ability to lead the implementation of direct procurements. Knowledge sharing within the team is an obvious part of our work and our joint skills development, and we look forward to welcoming you to this context.

You will have the opportunity to help develop the existing strategy and process for direct procurement. The position offers a wide variety of procurements in both service and goods areas.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• good knowledge of LOU
• law degree or equivalent academic education
• good communication skills

It is advantageous if you have:

• experience in independently processing procurements

Personal Qualities

• You are solution-oriented and results-driven
• You share your experiences and knowledge with the team
• You are pedagogical and have an easy time expressing yourself concretely and clearly both verbally and in writing.
• You have good collaboration skills and let the municipality's goals and assignments guide your work.

The work places high demands on good organizational skills and a very good ability to manage several parallel projects.
