As a coordinator at Alicia Edelman Södermalm/Gamla stan, you play a crucial key role in our business processes. You support the real estate agents in their daily work and ensure that our customer flows operate smoothly, from the first contact to the completed transaction.

Examples of job responsibilities:

- Create and quality assure marketing materials (images, brochures, advertisements)

- Customer contact via phone and email

- Handling of documents and administration related to property sales

- Coordination between agents and external partners

- Daily operations and structure in the office

We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience in coordination within the real estate industry or a similar service-oriented role (required)

- Is a natural problem solver with an eye for detail

- Thrives in a dynamic environment with many points of contact and a fast pace

- Has high social competence and a genuine sense of service

- Has excellent skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

- Is comfortable working with digital tools and systems

*It is a merit if you have experience with image editing, CRM systems, and writing persuasive texts.
