We are looking for a Supplier Manager to an established Supplier Manager team within a larger organization with high demands on quality, security, and delivery capability. The role is placed in an IT operation responsible for developing, procuring, operating, and managing systems that support the core business.

As an IT Supplier Manager, you will plan, manage, and develop relationships with IT suppliers. You will ensure that contracts are adhered to, that deliveries meet the business requirements, and that procurements and purchases support the business needs. The role includes both supplier collaboration and ensuring that relevant IT requirements are included in procurements and purchases.

• Support the IT organization in interpreting and using IT contracts.
• Follow up and further develop collaboration with IT suppliers.
• Manage escalations from the operational business related to supplier deliveries.
• Follow up penalties and drive penalty dialogues.
• Negotiate and handle disputes with IT suppliers.
• Negotiate and sign addendums to existing contracts as needed.
• Ensure that requirement setters are involved in procurements and that specifications, regulations, and IT requirements are adhered to.
• Represent IT in procurements and negotiations.

• At least 3 years of documented experience as a Supplier Manager, Vendor Manager, or equivalent role within IT operations.
• At least 2 documented assignments in procurement and contract-related contexts for IT, of which at least 1 pertains to the procurement of Cloud, SaaS, and/or infrastructure-related services.
• At least 1 documented assignment in procurement and contract-related contexts for OT.
• Experience working with IT sourcing strategies.
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).

• Experience in further developing working methods and governance for supplier management in larger IT environments.
