Ahlsell is looking for a business-driven Key Account Manager for VS. Here, you will have the opportunity to work with some of our largest customers, develop profitable business, and contribute to a more sustainable and efficient installation industry.

As a Key Account Manager within VS, you will be a key person in strengthening and developing business with our strategic customers – both nationally and regionally. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing long-term relationships with Ahlsell's key customers within VS. The assignment involves national KAM accounts with central purchasing and nationwide pricing structure, as well as larger regional customers in the Stockholm Region where local customer knowledge within VS and industry experience is crucial.

You will work closely with both the local organization and other parts of Ahlsell to ensure that customers receive the right support at every step. The role is as much about business development and relationship building as it is about understanding the customer's needs and creating value over time.

To succeed in this role, the following is required:

  • that you have several years of experience in complex B2B sales, preferably from the installation or industrial sector, technical distribution, or similar environment.
  • that you have experience working with KAM customers, contract negotiations, and national agreements.

If you also have a background in the VS area – for example, as a salesperson, project manager, or with a contractor – we consider it an advantage.

You are business-minded, curious, and comfortable working both strategically and operationally. You have a modern approach to sales and use digital tools as a natural part of your work process – to create insights, streamline collaborations, and develop customer relationships. You enjoy building trusting and long-term relationships and have a business mindset characterized by responsibility, simplicity, and openness, as well as the ability to see the customer's whole and identify new business opportunities.
