We are looking for a Service Advisor for our client in Åkersberga!

About the Job: As a Service Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work at a well-established company that offers great development opportunities in customer service and can kickstart your career in the automotive industry. We are looking for someone who is reliable, positive, and has a strong service orientation, as customer interaction plays a crucial role in the success of the business. You will be part of an inspiring and wonderful team. The tasks are varied, but a recurring part of your job will be to handle both new and existing customers.

As a customer receiver, you will daily take phone calls to make bookings, provide advice, and prepare quotes. Additionally, you will interact with customers in person to answer their questions and serve as a link between the customer and the workshop. The job also includes using various digital systems, so it is important that you have good computer skills. This is a full-time position, and the working hours are during office hours.

Requirements: • Previous experience working in the automotive industry • Good computer skills and preferably experience with various systems. • B driver's license, manual • Ability to express yourself well verbally, and have an easy time communicating with both customers and colleagues.

Meritorious: • Previous experience as a service advisor
