About the position

As a sales-oriented receptionist, you are the face of West Dental and the first contact for our patients. With your energy and sense of service, you identify and create new opportunities – guiding patients to the right treatments and products, informing them about our offers, and strengthening the clinic's relationships with both new and returning customers.

You actively work to exceed customer expectations through professional treatment, clear communication, and structured follow-up. You are motivated by achieving set sales targets while being attentive to the patient's needs – always focusing on service and long-term relationships.

Your role also includes administrative and coordinating tasks. You collaborate closely with practitioners, manage bookings, payments, and documentation while ensuring that every customer has a safe and rewarding experience at the clinic.

Location and working hours

You will be at West Dental's clinic at Gustav Adolfs torg 51, right in Malmö. We are looking for someone who is flexible – the position mainly involves weekdays, but weekend work may occur.

We are looking for someone who

• Is passionate about the dental nursing profession, patient relationships, and has documented experience in achieving set goals.

• Has a pronounced sense of service and enjoys working proactively with advice and upselling.

• Is communicative and creative, both in personal meetings and written communication.

• Has good computer skills, preferably with CRM or booking systems.

• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English.

• Is structured, solution-oriented, and can prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Post-secondary education in sales, customer relations, or administration.

• Experience in the dental care industry, journal systems, or patient management.

• Has previously worked with CRM systems and recurring customer engagement.
