We are looking for an experienced Production Technician for one of our client's factories in Åstorp!

Your Responsibilities

You will work with:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of production machines and automation systems
• Optimization and reconstruction of existing machines
• Programming and troubleshooting of PLC systems
• Daily collaboration with colleagues in other departments such as sales, production, and quality.

Your Background/Your Qualities

We are looking for someone who has:

• Technical education in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent professional experience in an industrial/technical environment
• At least 5 years of practical experience in maintenance of industrial machines
• Good knowledge of mechanics, automation, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and understanding of their drawings.
• Knowledge of PLC programming
• Good computer skills and experience with maintenance systems.

It is a plus if you have experience with industrial robots (KUKA and Yaskawa). Experience with 3D printing and CAD is also advantageous.

Good understanding of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, we prefer that you are safety-conscious, meticulous, solution-oriented, and have an eye for detail. You should also have no problem with physical work when needed and enjoy collaborating in a team.
