Main Responsibilities
As a Line Manager, you will have overall responsibility for production on the line. It is a varied role where you work to ensure that what we produce is done according to established routines and with the right quality. - Personnel responsibility for Production Technicians and Production Leaders/Shift Leaders
In the role of Line Manager, you report to the Plant Manager. The department consists of approximately 80 employees in total.
Your Profile:
We are looking for someone with previous experience in similar roles in a production environment, and to succeed in this role, we believe you also have good technical competence, the ability to lead improvement projects, and experience in leading a team.

To succeed in this role, we see that you need to have the ability to work systematically with daily issues while also having the drive to work on improvement projects that make us better tomorrow than we are today! You are communicative and find it easy to collaborate in different constellations – you see teamwork as a given! Finally, it is important that you are agile and solution-oriented and can find ways forward.
We Offer
As an employee at Saint Gobain, you will be offered a multicultural and international environment with an open corporate culture. We place great emphasis on individual development and provide space for each individual's competence and ability to collectively drive the business forward. As part of an international group, there are great opportunities for a long career - locally, nationally, and internationally.
