In Sweden, around 2,100 dedicated employees work. Our Nordic headquarters is located in Malmö. E.ON's role is to take responsibility and drive development forward, so that more can transition. With our investments and our customers' willingness to contribute, we work to continue electrifying society and meet future energy needs.

Welcome to us at E.ON – and become part of the energy transition. In collaboration with our customers and partners, we ensure that electricity and heat are produced, used, and recycled smarter. If you have passion and believe in the power of working together, E.ON is the place for you.

About us
E.ON's local network business is in an important development phase. We are responsible for the electricity grid that delivers electricity to one million customers every day across Sweden – and we need to continue to develop, strengthen, and manage it in line with the energy transition.

Within the Project & Construction department, we drive investments, expansion, and long-term management of local networks. Our mission is clear: to ensure capacity, availability, and delivery reliability – today and for the future.

We are now looking for a Group Manager for Hässleholm. This is a role for you who are an experienced leader and want to take stable, long-term responsibility in an organization where both structure and culture are evolving.

About the position
As Group Manager Local Network Hässleholm, you will lead a team of 14 employees consisting of project managers, maintenance engineers, documentation engineers, and project administrators. You are responsible for developing the team, creating clarity in the assignment, and building a stable structure in everyday life.

You have overall responsibility for the local network in your geographical area. This means ensuring high availability in the network and that investment projects are carried out according to plan, budget, and technical requirements - as well as ensuring that documentation meets the right quality. You are also responsible for the optimal and sustainable management of the electricity grid. As a leader, you are visible and present, with regular visits to project and maintenance operations in the field. You drive development and change work focusing on digitization, efficiency, and improved working methods.

The role involves extensive collaboration – internally, with local contractors, and externally with larger customers and municipalities. You represent the business in the region and contribute to building trust through stable and engaged leadership.

This is a role where leadership plays a central role. The business is on a continued development journey where we want to strengthen team spirit, deepen collaboration, and build a culture characterized by trust, pride, and shared responsibility.

Your experiences
We are looking for you who are an experienced leader and thrive in an organization with both responsibility and development opportunities. You have several years of formal personnel responsibility and are used to creating engagement, structure, and clarity in your team. Working with budgets, follow-up, and financial responsibility is a natural part of your everyday life, and you feel confident leading an organization with many contact points and collaborations. If you also have experience from electricity network operations or other critical infrastructure, it is an advantage.

You are a leader who inspires people to contribute and take responsibility. By recognizing achievements, creating shared successes, and building pride around the assignment, you strengthen team spirit and engagement in everyday life. You are clear in your expectations and create clarity around responsibility and direction, while fostering a culture characterized by trust and respect.

When challenges arise, you meet them with calm and reflection. You contribute to solutions that strengthen collaboration and further develop the team – in a way that feels sustainable over time.

What is it like with us?
The team in Hässleholm consists of competent employees with great responsibility in everyday life. We are in a phase where we are developing both working methods and culture, and there is a strong desire to collaborate and deliver. You will also be part of a management team with strong cohesion and an unpretentious culture. Here we support each other and share experiences to become better together. Your manager Emma believes in open, transparent, and modern leadership where social responsibility, safety, and customer focus are central parts of the culture.

At E.ON, we actively work with inclusion - it is crucial to drive the energy transition forward. We want you to feel welcome! We strive to create a safe work environment with meaningful tasks and good opportunities for development. We constantly challenge ourselves to create a welcoming workplace, where we hope you will thrive.

We work for a more sustainable energy society, but it is equally important that our employees have the conditions to care for their personal sustainability. Therefore, we offer good benefits to ensure you feel well and have a good balance between work and leisure. Some of these include a shorter working time that is higher than the industry standard, health insurance, free healthcare, and more!

Warm welcome to apply and join us on the path to a sustainable society! The application deadline is March 6.
